Many adults who have screened for lung cancer are unaware that they need to complete the screening annually. The Larch Trial tested a health communication intervention to improve patient knowledge of lung cancer screening, among other outcomes. As part of this, the study team developed the Patient Voices Video with Artefact, a local design firm.
The purpose of the video was to normalize routine screen, remind patients when they are due for their next lung cancer screening scan, and encourage support with family and friends.
