Robert S Nocon, PhD, conducts research that focuses on cost and organization of care in safety net settings. Much of his work leverages large administrative databases to examine the effectiveness of federal and state initiatives in Medicaid and the Federally Qualified Health Center program.
In the area of social determinants of health, Robert is analyzing KP’s national social needs survey to assess correlations between social needs and health care costs and to examine the business case for social health investment in KP.
